KINGS OF LYDIA. Kroisos, circa 560-546 BC. 1/12 Stater (Silver, 9 mm, 0.86 g). Confronted foreparts of a lion and a bull. Rev. Two incuse squares, one larger than the other. Berk 26-7. Rosen 668. SNG Kayhan 1020-1. Well struck and unusually well preserved. Good very fine.

Ex Leu Web Auction 19, 26-28 February 2022, 1335 and previously from a European collection, formed before 2005.
